Keep the DNA discovery going! This refill kit provides extra materials so you can repeat the Wheat Germ DNA Necklace activity with another class or group—without purchasing a full kit again. Perfect for teachers who already have test tubes and instructions from the original kit.
Each refill provides enough supplies for 30 students to extract and observe DNA from wheat germ and assemble their own take-home necklaces.

Additional Materials
Gather the same classroom supplies recommended for the full kit:
- Fresh or vacuum-packed wheat germ
- Warm water (not boiled)
- Dish soap
- Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol
- Teaspoons
- Tablespoons
- Safety glasses
Teacher Tip: For best results, pre-chill the isopropyl alcohol in the freezer for several hours before use.
