HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. AgClassroomStore at USU is committed to processing orders as quickly as possible. We build inventory for large orders on demand, therefore large orders will take additional time to process. We will contact you with an estimate of how long your large order will take to process.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders will take 2-8 business days. All orders are shipping from Utah. Orders shipping to the east coast will take longer than orders shipping to the west coast. We ship to the US and US Territories.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
Maybe. We can expedite an order if we have the items you are requesting on hand. You will need to pay an expedited order fee as well as the expedited shipping cost.
DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICKUP?
Yes, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Utah State University. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pick-up instructions.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
