How to Place an Order Using a Purchase Order (PO)
We are happy to accept purchase orders from schools. Please follow the steps below to place an order using a purchase order (PO):
- Login to your AgClassroomStore Account
If you don’t have an account yet, you can register here. - Select Products
Browse the store and select the products and quantities you need, adding them to your shopping cart. - Proceed to Checkout
Once your items are in the cart, proceed to the checkout page. - Enter Billing and Shipping Information
- Enter the billing address of the person or department responsible for paying invoices at your institution.
- Enter the shipping address for where the products should be delivered.
- Choose Shipping Method
Select the shipping method that works best for you. Please note that shipping costs are added to all orders and will be calculated at checkout. - Review Your Order
Double-check the contents of your order for accuracy. - Select Payment Method
Choose “Check” or “Purchase Order” as the payment type. - Add Order Instructions
If needed, add any order instructions or comments, then click "CONTINUE." - Confirmation and Order Number
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation page and email with your order number. Use this information to create your PO, and be sure to add the order number to your PO.

Our preferred method for receiving POs is via email. Sending your PO through email allows us to process your order more quickly.
